For me, fitness is more than something I do to stay in shape. As cliché as it may sound, for me..fitness is a lifestyle. It's not just about the workout, but the science behind it. It's not just about eating right, but learning how to enjoy all types of food. It's not just about finding what works, but also how to handle being uncomfortable. It's not just about being better, faster, or stronger, but also how to balance your life and achieve your goals. Not a day goes by that I don't think about fitness in some way.
